Brentwood Village Dental Clinic requires a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not provided your account will be charged. Please review more regarding our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
Please ensure you provide 24 hours notice
The Brentwood Village Dental Clinic requires a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not provided your account will be charged.
Missed appointment fees are billed as follows:
1ST missed appointment – $50.00
2ND missed appointment – $75.00
3RD missed appointment – $100.00
Please Note: Fees for missed appointments with Dr. Khanna are different than those listed above. The deposit you paid to hold your appointment will be kept as the missed appointment fee. Also, 48 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with Dr. Khanna.
