I had an amazing dentist where I previously lived in Vancouver, so I had my apprehensions that I would ever find another so great. Well, imagine my surprise to find an ENTIRE TEAM of people at Brentwood Village Dental Clinic! They are AMAZING!! Staff are incredibly knowledgeable, not just in dentistry but in their clients as well - many of the staff have been there for so long, they've watched kids grow up to have kids of their own who are now coming to the clinic! There is not much they can't do! If you're someone who doesn't like or is afraid of dentists - this is where you want to be. I mean - the Office Manager held my nephew's hand during his first filling! They care about your well being. read less

All your front staff, including those seated in the old file room closet that day(turned into a little office), were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Their kindness and efficiency made a strong first impression and helped create a comfortable atmosphere from the moment I walked in.

The hygienist was exceptionally thorough and gentle, explaining everything clearly and making the experience as pleasant as possible. Dr. Metcalfe also deserves special mention for being attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable, ensuring I felt informed and confident in the care I received.

It’s clear that your team works hard to provide not only quality dental care but also genuine compassion and respect for your patients. Thank you all again for the excellent service.

As a small suggestion, it would be helpful if the comment box allowed for more space, perhaps expanding it so those of us who like to write more detailed feedback can view more than one or two lines at a time.
