The Brentwood Village dental clinic has been easily my favorite dental practices in Calgary that I have attended in the... read moreThe Brentwood Village dental clinic has been easily my favorite dental practices in Calgary that I have attended in the past.
This makes my second visit as I required a cleaning, check-in and checkup of my teeth.
Not only did the five customer service agents at the front desk proved to be exceptionally helpful, kind, and considerate, I found that it felt truly welcoming and open-minded in the way that they provided their service.

Upon meeting with my dental hygienist Tina, I felt very relieved and calm throughout the process. Not only was Tina exceptionally skilled at getting the efficient work done on my teeth, and was very human in that respect. It helped me relax during the entire procedure and she made sure everything was very clear and coherent.

When the dentist came in to take a look and explain more, he was patient, actively listening, and very very coherent with his explanations of the current circumstance along with the next steps.

From the overall experience, I learned new things that I did not know before about having a night guard regarding the warranty of the night guard.

Additionally, everyone in the office, even those I didn't interact with directly, made the environment feel very clean, healthy and open-minded to its customer base.

I genuinely recommend Brentwood Village dental clinic to anyone who needs a yearly or 6-month check-in or any type of dental work past that. All of the staff team are similar to the feeling of a good working machine. Everyone does their role exactly the way you would hope they would do it in an exceptionally human way, and it makes the experience wonderful.

I never thought I would say being to the dentist was wonderful, but in this case I will absolutely say it was wonderful.

Thank you again to all of the customer service staff at the front yesterday morning on Saturday, October 6th. You were all a pleasure to speak with and to learn with and to hear from.

Thank you again to Tina, my dental hygienist and to the dentist who took a proper look into all of my dental situations.

Easily 20 out of 10.
I will be back and I very much believe this may be one of the best dentistry locations in Calgary.

Update on Oct 25, 2024:

I had to go get my night guard fitted today, and Michelle was my dental clinician who helped me with this process.
She was incredibly helpful and insightful into not just my teeth but also general knowledge and perspective.
It was very humanizing to have someone so kind working with me at a dental office.
The system they used for scanning my teeth was very cool. Exceptionally so. As she had this device in and up next to my teeth, it essentially painted a virtual picture inside the computer of all parts of my lower and upper rows of teeth.

Not only was this process painless and very easy, Michelle was very considerate for any time that it seemed I was even remotely off put by a movement or motion of the machine.

Her consideration spans volumes.

You are all superstars in my eyes.

I recently had my first dental experience, which involved a tooth extraction, and I was extremely scared. I even stopped Dr. Wahba and Glair three times during the process because of my nerves. Despite this, both Dr. Wahba and Glair were incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to calm my fears and ensure I was comfortable every step of the way. Their professionalism and kindness made what could have been a very stressful experience so much more manageable.
